Ignition Eatery is an independent restaurant on Sault Ste. Marie's Queen Street East. The menu is built around flatbreads served on custom wooden paddle boards branded with the dragon logo, smash-style burgers, loaded poutine, and hearty sides.

Industrial-rustic fit-out with barn-door accents, reclaimed wood, string lights and art on the walls. The kind of place you go for a flatbread and a beer after work.
